question enter into a contract
with I.C.E. S.L. to use the entire range of advertising and marketing
free of charge, as well
as to publish the sale of the property in any other data bases.

As a seller you have the opportunity to stay anonymous of enter into
direct contact with any
interested parties. Requests that have been received by either mail,
telefone or fax , will be
forwarded for a charge of ? 0,50. This charge is payable 1x per month by
transfer into one of
our accounts. Forwarding of email if free of charge.

| Provision

After the sale of your real estate property, we will charge a
commission.
The amount of this commission is 1% of the offered sales price plus
value added tax.

The contract is valid for 3 years, plus 1 additional year of property
protection.

of acceptance.
The seller is only charged a fee after the sale.
A sale through a thrid party is possible, but it does not exclude this fee.
